IP address lookup
Enter any IPv4 or IPv6 address to see where it lives — city, country, coordinates — plus the ASN, organization and ISP that own it. We've prefilled your own public IP.
What these fields tell you
- ASN — the Autonomous System Number that routes this IP. It identifies the network operator (an ISP, hosting provider or large company). Look up an ASN →
- Organization / ISP — who registered and operates the address block. A hosting/cloud org usually means a server or VPN, not a home user.
- Location — a best-effort estimate from public geo databases. Treat city-level as a hint, not proof.
An IP can tell you where — not why.
Knowing an address geolocates to a city doesn't tell you whether your slow connection is the network or your own machine. Acutis Go runs a 60-second check and answers that plainly. Free.
